Thank you for supporting Proper Drumming. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Due to the nature of our products, some orders—particularly drumsticks—may require additional processing time. In certain cases, we must wait for drumsticks to be received from our manufacturer before fulfilling and shipping customer orders. Orders will ship as soon as inventory is received, inspected, and prepared for shipment.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Drumsticks & Merchandise Fulfillment

  • Drumsticks are produced in limited quantities and packaged carefully to prevent damage during transit.

  • Some drumstick orders may experience extended fulfillment times while we await inventory from our manufacturer.

  • Branded merchandise (apparel and accessories) may ship from different fulfillment locations. If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments.

Domestic Shipping Only (U.S.)

At this time, Proper Drumming ships within the United States only. International shipping options may be introduced in the future.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become active.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Proper Drumming is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Packages marked as delivered but reported missing

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout

If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information. If you need assistance, you may contact us and we will do our best to help.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and provide next steps.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before submitting your order. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses cannot be refunded or replaced.
